In a unique process, our cocoa beans are fermented between banana leaves in the dry, warm, African sun! Then roasted, ground, and pressed in a unique state of the art factory to natural cocoa powder and chocolate available anywhere. This all takes place in Ghana, just a short distance from the cocoa farms where these extraordinary cocoa beans are grown.
